Good for kids swimming classes. Costa machine is expensive and small spectator viewing area can get very crowded on week nights.

Clean tidy pool. Easy for families whom like to go swimming. Small teaching pool with slide for toddlers . Probably a little on the cool side for some but well worth a visit
Southwell Leisure Centre is great! They have two pools, and open the both up to the public sometimes. When they are closed, they will likely be teaching children or hosting their swim club. Karate classes are on Saturdays and I have attended for over a year now - It's great fun! They also offer other dry side activities, such as their little children's play zone, their gym, and various other activities, all displayed inside their pamphlet. They have one pool gradually deepening, with a sudden slope 3/4 of the way, leading to 'the deep end.' The other pool is small and shallow, with a small, safe slide, designed for babies and young children. Unless lessons are being held, the pool has water toys and floats. The other pool has floats. Sometimes, funswim is held - a large inflatable bouncy obstacle course is put in the pool's centre, with a slide into the deep end; this is designed for mostly 7 - 12 year olds. They have a very large parking area.
