Enjoy the historic atmosphere in the older parts including the dining area. Apart from that, an average useful town hotel.

Expensive venue, excellent location in the heart of the town, food and drinks are very expensive.
We had our wedding at Saracens on 30th September and we honestly cannot thank everyone at the venue enough. The day was exactly what we wanted from start to finish, the organisation, the food, the staff were all absolutely spot on. Debby, the wedding planner, was a rock, no matter how ridiculous my questions she dealt with them with grace. I dont have the words to express how pleased we are with the day, there is nothing that we have looked back on and thought oh we wish this didnt happen or we should have done this So thank you to everyone at Saracens for making our day so magical, we look forward to visiting again soon.
Stayed here as at wedding up the road. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable. Checkin was a really nice experience. Girls in reception were so accommodating, professional and friendly. At night gent in reception very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was beautiful and served with a smile.Robyn on reception is a real credit to this hotel. Very friendly and helpful, it truly makes your experience very nice when staff are good at there job. Decor could be freshened up but it was still a really nice stay thankyou
