Whilst being sold a new car they could not do enough for me. But once I had purchased I was soon forgotten. A very hurried handover, could not get rid of me fast enough. J Harrison was recommended to me by my brother, he received 50.00 reward for doing so. I should have received a full tank of fuel, which I never got. Wrote to complain but they did not have the courtesy to reply. Will not be using them again. Have since been told they are no longer Peugeot dealers. I wonder why.

Bought my car from here. Great customer service. When left waiting I was offered cups of tea or coffee. It's the little things. All the staff seem to have great morale and all seem to get on great. I'm also very happy with how everything was discussed with me in details. I wasn't pestered to buy. They wanted to make sure the car met my needs.I will definitely be going back when it's time for a new car.
Excellent customer service! I dealt with Simon who was superb throughout. He did everything I asked, was polite and helpful, never pushy and always called when he said he would. Ive had numerous bad experiences with car dealerships but this was by far the best. I would recommend to anyone and would happily use again...even though I live in Edinburgh.
