I have recently got a Skoda Fabia and I am so glad I decided to go to Rainworth Skoda. Right from the beginning the service was excellent from my sales adviser, Matt Lee, and I received my car earlier than expected (delivery was only 10 days anyway), and got a lovely box of chocolates on the day I picked my car up! I couldn't fault them.
Brilliant dealership. No pressure, honest selling. Steve was brilliant throughout. Purchased a 3 year old VRS estate and it looked brand new. Would definitely purchase from here again.
UPDATE! They contacted us before Christmas and offered to collect the car and do any necessary work. The car was collected at 9am this morning and returned by 5pm this afternoon with a new headlight unit, all at the dealers cost. Very pleased with this resolution as the car us like new now. Obviously the service history is what it is but I appreciate the fix with the headlight. Thank you Rainworth Skoda!They sold my elderly, grieving Mother a car without a full service history despite being assured it had one and a cracked headlight that lets in water. The car is less than 2 years old. I've tried to speak to the customer service manager and left 3 messages for them to call me back, but nothing. Absolutely disgusting service. Won't be buying Skoda again! Avoid this dealership!
Yet again, fantastic service when changing our car. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve. Now on our fifth Skoda and always know we will receive the best treatment from Rainworth Skoda. Excellent service, friendly staff. Just bought a used car from them and it's great. Craig was wonderfully helpful when we arrived to collect the car, which was immaculate. Over and above what I was expecting for a used car purchase. Certainly not the service I have experienced elsewhere. Will definitely return and recommend.
